Guide for the Minimum budget ($344)

Ok, so lets see what we need for building a desktop computer with a minimum budget.
  • Motherboard; MSI 870-G45 which costs $70 Or a ASRock 870 EXTREME3 for $90
  • CPU; Athlon II X2 255 for $63
  • PSU; Antec EarthWatts Green 380w 80+  for $45 Or any 80+ 340w+ PSU.
  • Case; Thermaltake V4 for $50 or HAF 912 for $60
  • GPU; 4650 for $52 or a 4670 for $65
  • RAM; 2 GB DD3 $21
  • HDD; 320GB $43
TOTAL: $ 344

  8. This is actually pretty low, I'd want something with gaming capability though, maybe a 955BE and a 5770.

  10. Thats a pretty nice build, would be a good system to go with for a family member who mainly surfs the web or even does some casual gaming. I might be using this in the near future for my parents
